Nico Conti

He was born in the city of Detroit, Michigan. Conti is a board-certified internal medicine doctor at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. He lives in Los Angeles, California. As a Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine in Los Angeles, California, he works with medical students and residents to teach them about medicine. In addition, Conti works as a doctor at several small hospitals in downtown Los Angeles.

 

Conti works as a doctor at Martin Luther King Hospital, California Hospital Medical Center, Olive View Hospital, and Barlow Respiratory Hospital as part of the UCLA Hospitalist Downtown Cohort. Conti uses a multidisciplinary approach to treat and diagnose medical conditions that are hard to understand.

 

Conti fights hard for his patients and their families and tries to be a caring doctor. Conti builds the doctor-patient relationship with a focus on the patient. Conti teaches medical students and residents one-on-one and in small groups. He also teaches inpatients in the medical wards. Conti also does clinical research and writes case reports, like those just published about B12 deficiency and aseptic meningitis.

 

Conti wants to improve how the next generation of doctors are taught, spread accurate medical information, and help people understand scientific and medical facts. Conti worked during the pandemic and took care of people with the coronavirus.

 

In 2018, Nico Conti did a work-study program at Case Western Reserve University. In 2020, the American Board of Internal Medicine gave Conti a license to practice internal medicine. Conti did his residency and internship in internal medicine at University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University, and Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He also got his California medical license that same year.
